If a person buys a wind turbine, the cost of servicing falls on them, while if the wind turbine is leased, servicing is carried out at the expense of Sirocco Energy. The third, point concerns the impact on property value. When purchasing a wind turbine, the value of the property increases (at least by the cost of ownership, but usually much more).

During leasing, the increase in value does not occur since the wind turbine does not become the client's property. With a Sirocco wind turbine lease, you do not own the system and, therefore, do not qualify for government or private rebates or incentives for the Wind Turbines.
